Well I have no idea where to start, I was completely disappointed. I truly feel like I was ripped off, the price of a general admission stated online was 46 dollars, and that’s the price I expected to pay. NOPE when we arrived at the ticket booth we were hit with 96 dollars a ticket. 96 DOLLARS A TICKET. Now with general admission you do get to experience 12 different kinds of haunts. so it doesn’t see all that bad. The price didn’t bother me as bad, because I was expecting 12 terrifying haunts. That is until we started our journey through the very first attraction. there was no scare at all, not a single actor or animatronic. My group heard the other groups in front of us go through and heard actors. This left me angered, enraged, and truly cheated. As we exited the first section of what is to be a very discouraging experience, we see four actors with there mask raised drinking sodas and gossiping, i felt this was very unprofessional, I was livid. now just remember this is the first of 12. on to the next few, as we go through the next 6 attractions it gets better, and I am starting to enjoy this experience. the scenes are very well put together and make and mask are spectacular. then it all comes to a halt, as we entered the tenth scene we hear an actor break character, and start conversing with guest (my biggest pet peeve) and hold the group up for every bit of 5 mins. when i spoke up the actor told me to shut up, i felt disrespected and was done with the whole experience. Haunted houses are a true passion of mine, From the first one i had ever been to, to the days i worked them. so to see such unprofessionalism and a lack of passion, from one considered top tiered was really disheartening. so to see such disrespect was enough for us to leave with no want to experience the rest they had to offer.
overall-4.5 out of 10- thanks to the makeup and special fx team. and the few actors that had the passion
i honestly don’t think we will return to the travesty known as halloween horror nights
thank you for viewing
